: The location and decor are amazing. I also loved that the electric kettle in the room could be programmed for a range of things from making green tea to boiling. : The bed was not soft enough. Also, the stairs at the entrance of the hotel make getting suitcases in a bit of a hassle.

: The service was outstanding. Lorenzo went above and beyond to help us, check in with our pets. The hotel is in a lovely area and the interior is a vibe. Great spot! : I honestly don't have any complaints but if possible I would love to see them have an array of pillow options. While the hotel kindly brought me additional pillows they did not have any firm or foam pillows which is my ideal preference.

: The staff members were very polite and accommodating…everyone went out of their way to be friendly and helpful…Hotel Revival should be proud of their team. : The bed frame is bigger than the mattress and creates a situation where we both kept hitting our shins on the frame. Otherwise the bed was very comfortable.
